Vote yes on Measure 1

When I see my dogs and cats sleeping peacefully in their beds, I’m so happy. But then I think of all the dogs and cats that don’t have homes. They didn’t ask to be born, or abandoned to fend for themselves. We can help by adopting from the shelters and by voting yes on Measure No. 1 to build a new SCRAPS regional animal shelter.

If Measure 1 passes, it will only cost about 25 cents per week for a homeowner like me, but it will mean everything for these animals. For the animals that need shelter, it’s a life-or-death issue. They are counting on all of us to give them a chance for a new start.

Please don’t let them down. Vote yes on Measure 1 to support a Regional Animal Control Center. Please.
