Chase nominations sought

The Chase Youth Commission is accepting nominations for the 2012 Chase Youth Awards.

The Chase Youth Awards highlight strengths of character valued by the community including community involvement, courage, creativity, diversity, leadership, environment and personal achievement.

Awards will be given to individuals and groups in three divisions, including elementary grades K-6; middle school grades 7 and 8; and high school. In addition, one outstanding adult will receive the Jim Chase “Asset Builder” Award, which honors a special adult committed to building developmental assets in youth.

The 26th annual Chase Youth Awards will be held March 15 at the Martin Woldson Theater at the Fox.
