Senior meals


For the week of Oct. 31-Nov. 4

Monday – Option 1: Chicken and wild rice casserole, vegetables, confetti coleslaw, dinner roll, cookie. Option 2: Tuna pasta salad, three-bean salad, vegetables, confetti coleslaw, dinner roll, cookie.

Tuesday – 1: Swiss steak with tomatoes, rosemary red potatoes, salad with dressing, breadstick, peaches. 2: Clam chowder with cheese sandwich, rosemary red potatoes, salad with dressing, breadstick, peaches.

Wednesday – 1: Polynesian pork and steamed rice, green beans or carrots, dinner roll, pudding. 2: Chicken sandwich with tomato soup, green beans or carrots, dinner roll, pudding.

Thursday – 1: Barbecue chicken, hashbrown potatoes, broccoli- cauliflower blend, cornbread, melon cup. 2: Vegetable frittata. hashbrown potatoes, broccoli-cauliflower blend, cornbread, melon cup.

Friday – 1: Pork roast with gravy, scalloped potatoes, green beans, dinner roll, applesauce. 2: Meat taco with cheese, scalloped potatoes, green beans, dinner roll, applesauce.
