Man found shot to death in Moses Lake
MOSES LAKE — The Grant County Sheriff’s Office says deputies who responded to a report of a disturbance Wednesday night found a man on the ground in the Larson Housing area near Moses Lake with a gunshot wound to the chest.
He died on the way to a hospital.
Detectives are interviewing a person involved in this shooting, but they aren’t calling the person a suspect.

We certainly can’t jump to any biased conclusions about the ethnicity, nationality, or immigration status of the victim or the perpetrator based on this very brief article, just as we can’t speculate about whether this murder had anything to do with drugs or other illegal enterprises. I do think we can agree that a man being shot dead does indeed qualify as a “disturbance”.
