 The city of Seattle wanted state Attorney General Rob McKenna ordered out of the multi-state challenge to health care reform, arguing the change in law was a benefit so his participation was not in the best interests of the state.

 The attorney general said he believes a section of the new law that requires everyone to purchase health insurance or face a fine is unconstitutional.
