Palouse Plein Air 2011 – The city of Moscow and the Moscow Arts Commission are looking for painters ages 18 and older to participate in the second annual Palouse Plein Air 2011. Competition begins Sept. 29 with three days of painting in a variety of locations. All painting mediums welcome. Applications can be picked up from the Art Office in City Hall, 206 E.
