The Spokane Post Office is moving the location for processing passport applications.
Effective Oct. 1, applications will be processed at the Shadle Garland Station at 1903 W. Garland, rather than at the Rosewood Station, a U.S. Postal Service news release said.
Hours for processing passport applications at the Shadle Garland site are 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 10 a.m. to noon Saturday.
Applicants must have the proper identification and proof of U.S. citizenship with them at the time of processing to complete the application. Passports are $135 for applicants 16 years of age and up and $105 for applicants under 16. Passport photos can be taken on site for $15.
Fees can be paid with cash, check or money order only.
