Recreation guide has new section

SPOKANE VALLEY – The City of Spokane Valley Parks and Recreation Department has released its fall/winter recreation guide. The guide has a new health and wellness section that includes activities from exercise classes to nutrition workshops.

The guide can be picked up at City Hall, CenterPlace, the Spokane Valley Library and the Argonne Library. It is also available online at www.spokanevalley.org.

SPOKANE VALLEY – Gospel musician Mark Gray will be performing in concert at 6 p.m. Sunday at Bible Baptist Church, 11111 E. 16th Ave. All are welcome to attend. Admission is free.
