Terry passed away the afternoon of November 30th.
He is survived by his wife Wendy, daughter Felicia and son Jeremy.
We would like to thank the Fire Department for all of their help in our time of need.
We would also like to thank Hospice House for all of the wonderful care, they provided for Terry.
There will be a Memorial Service on Sunday, April 22nd at 2:00 PM at the Linwood Seventh-Day Adventist Church, 6525 N. Monroe.
