Sunshine, warm weather to start off week

Temperatures reached near 60 for Easter Sunday, and more warm weather is forecast for the start of the work week. But by Wednesday, the clouds are expected to return. “This is definitely the warm, dry spell,” said Mark Turner, a National Weather Service technician. An unstable weather pattern is expected to return Wednesday and continue through the week. Monday is forecast as sunny and 67. Tuesday could be the warmest day this year with temperatures reaching low 70s. On Wednesday, there’s a 40 percent chance of precipitation with highs in the low 60s, according to the Weather Service. A chance of showers remains in the forecast through Saturday. Clouds should clear out by next Sunday.
