Halibut season is here. A sure sign of spring is the arrival of these fresh Alaska fish. Halibut fillets and steaks have a mild flavor and creamy texture, but hold up nicely on the grill. And, for beer lovers, a new season means new seasonals to quaff. Rick Bonino will have the details on those and a new brewery coming to Post Falls in his On Tap column.
