Obituary: Harty, Lyle E.


HARTY,
Lyle E.
(Age 85)

On March 23, 2012 he passed away.

Born October 7, 1926 in Ione, WA, he was born the youngest of thirteen children.

He joined the Navy when he was seventeen and served his term in Okinawa in World War II and came home.

He met the love of his life Alice “Lucy” Dye and they were married and formed a partnership that would last a life time.
They lived life to the fullest family was everything.

They loved the outdoors and would hunt, fish and camp together.

They also remodeled and built new houses.

They spent fun times at their place on Pend Oreille Lake and later on winters were spent in Arizona.


Until his beloved Lucy’s death in 2003 they had never been separated.

He is also preceded in death by his only son, James E. Harty.

He is survived by his daughter, Connie M. Hardan of Spokane, Devoted grandchildren, Wade Hardan of Deer Park, Brit Hardan of Spokane, and Nicole Morgan of Spokane.

Loving great-grand- daughters; Torey and Madison Morgan and Sierra Hardan all of Spokane.

Devoted great-grandsons; Weston and Rhett Hardan of Deer Park.
And a very special thank you to his caregiver “Dolly”.
A celebration of Life will be held by his daughter Connie M. Hardan and her children.

An open house will be held on April 14, 2012, from 1PM to 4PM @ 7878 N. Wilding Drive in the club house.
