The event, Rumble in the Rubble, creates the situation of a hospital building collapse with several injured victims. Participating agencies include: American Medical Response, Spokane Fire Department, Spokane Department of Incident Management Teams, Spokane County fire districts 3, 4, 8 and 9, and the Washington State University College of Pharmacy.
