Robert Carl Yahnke was the youngest child of Otto and Mary Yahnke of Colver, PA. Robert was an officer in the USAF stationed all over the U.S. from Neah Bay, WA to Montauk, New York, including Japan and The
Aleutian Islands, AK, retiring in Spokane, WA.

He had a second career installing security systems for Diebold.

He married Bonnie Ray Palm from Sioux City, IA in 1949, survived along with three children, Jennifer Suzanne Yahnke, Julie Yahnke (husband Michael Rooth) both living in Spokane and Lyle Yahnke (wife Zaida Castro Yahnke) from Costa Rica.

He is survived by two grandchildren and one great-grand- daughter.

After retirement, Robert loved working with electronics and was always available to repair and improve anything that needed fixing with 100% perfection.

He also loved his yearly visits to Costa Rica and we pray that his spirit will live in paradise for eternity.
