Born February 24, 1923, died March 25, 2012.
Born to Nina and Clarence Foster in WA.
Robert served in the Navy in WWII and later joined the Air Force.
He later worked at the Spokane Co.
Jail as a cook.
He is survived by two daughters, Judy Mitts and Mary Foster and a sister, Phyllis Albertson of Elma, WA.
Several nieces, nephews and grandchildren.
Also two wives and a companion.
There will be a military service at the Heritage Cemetery on Thursday, April 26, 2012 at 11 AM.
