FREDERICK, Elaine C. (Dayton)
Passed away on Friday, April 20, 2012 in Spokane.
She was born on July 3, 1927 with her twin sister, Evelyn , to Dwight and Luella Dayton in Colfax, Washington.
She graduated from Colfax High School in 1945 and attended Kinman Business School.
She met and soon married James Kenneth Frederick and became a loving and devoted housewife and mother.
In 1965 she became a widow taking on the role of single parent.
She worked for the IRS Intelligence Division from 1969-1974 as a Stenographer.
In 1974 she started a position as a Training Technician for the Federal Bureau of Investigation in Seattle.
This allowed her the opportunity to travel all over the United States which she really enjoyed.
She retired in 1989 and moved back to Spokane to be near family.
Her smile touched hearts, as well as her kindness and generosity.
Family was her greatest joy in life.

Elaine is survived by her Children; Melvin Frederick, Rhonda Brasch, Arlene Morrow, and Lola Frederick.
Sister; Evelyn French.
Brother; Don Dayton.
Grandchildren: Wendy, Allen, Shane, Shawna and Michael.
Great grandchildren; Tyler, Breanna, Elizabeth, Chance, Justin, and Oakley.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 28th, at Manito Presbyterian Church, 401 E. 30th Ave., in Spokane.
A reception will follow at the church.
Burial will be at 2:30 p.m. at the Colfax Cemetery in Colfax, WA.
