Of Spokane Valley, WA passed away Saturday, April 21, 2012.
Bob was born May 24, 1937 in Oakland, CA to Paul F. Foster and Ellen M. (Holden) Foster.
Bob married Shirley Jean Lewallen on December 12, 1958 in Hayward, CA.
Bob and Shirley had four children and a foster-son.
He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Shirley, his two sisters Carol (Charles) Ogren of Mt.
Vernon, WA, Karen (Bill) Winter of Greenacres, WA and all of his children: Stan Foster of Coeur d’ Alene, ID, Jeff (Bonnita) Foster of Tianjin, China, Jean (Darin) Clark of Bremerton, WA, John (Carmen) Foster of Cheney, WA, Bo Stip (Scott) of Arlington, WA and daughter-in-law Lisa Foster of Mica, WA, 13 wonderful grandchildren and four precious great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
A service will be Saturday, April 28, 2012 at 11:00AM at Trent Elementary School, 3303 North Pines Road, Spokane Valley, WA with a potluck luncheon immediately following.
Graveside service to be held at a later date in Marysville, WA.
