JAYNES, Joanne Carol
Beloved sister in Christ went to be with the Lord on Saturday, April 21, 2012 surrounded by her church family.
She was born on May 12, 1955.
She is survived by her father Ray Jaynes; sister Darlene Stouder; and brothers Lyle and Terry Jaynes.
She was preceded in death by her mother Sara Merle Ellis.
Joanne worked for many years at EWU were she also taught ballet.
She owned “A time to Dance” dance studio on Garland.
She was a talented writer of poems and music.
She served as worship leader for the children’s ministry for many years.
At Christmas time her father would move her organ out on the porch of their home in Maui where she grew up and she played carols for the neighbors.
Most of all, she loved the Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
Joanne you have touched many hearts you will be greatly missed.
There will be a memorial service on May 7, 2012 at 1:00 P.M. at Calvary Chapel, 511 West Hastings Rd, Spokane WA.
