92 Years
of Life

Verne E. “Pinky” Pakker passed away on April 4, 2012.

A resident of the Deer Park area for most of his life, he is remembered as the owner of “Pinky’s Variety” and “Pinky’s Tinker Shop”.

He leaves behind a daughter and son-in-law, Linda and Jim Miller of Spokane; two grandsons and their wives, Dave and Sarah Miller, Mike and Jen Miller; and four great-granddaughters, Allie, Katie, Alaura and Moira.

He is also survived by a sister and brother-in-law, Celia and Arden Modin of Longview, WA.

Mr. Pakker was preceded in death by his wife, Beatrice Wiese Pakker in 2005.

Services honoring “Pinky” will be in Deer Park at 3:00 P.M., Sunday, April 29, 2012, at the Open Door Congregational Church with Rev.

Dr. Daniel N. Berg officiating.
