Stewart-Pattinson breakup fells Ferrell

From Wire Reports

Kristen Stewart is a “trampire.”

So says comedian Will Ferrell, who broke down in (crocodile) tears over the breakup between Stewart and her “Twilight” co-star and real-life boyfriend Robert Pattinson during an interview Thursday on Conan O’Brien’s show.

Ferrell was on “Conan” to promote his upcoming movie, “The Campaign,” when O’Brien noted that the funnyman seemed upset.

Ferrell initially demurred, then went on to explain how Stewart cheated on Pattinson. Photos of the actress snuggling with her married “Snow White and the Huntsman” director surfaced last week.

When O’Brien insisted that things will be fine, Ferrell shouted, “It’s not going to be fine, ever!”

“She’s a trampire, that’s what she is,” Ferrell said.

Wonder severing marriage bond

Stevie Wonder is ending his 11-year marriage to fashion designer Kai Millard Morris.

The 62-year-old musician cites irreconcilable differences in papers filed Friday in Los Angeles Superior Court. He filed the documents under his real name, Stevland Morris.

Wonder and Millard were married Sept. 1, 2001. According to court documents, they separated in October 2009. They have two sons, 10-year-old Kailand and 7-year-old Mandla. Wonder is seeking joint legal and physical custody of the two boys and agrees to pay spousal support to his former wife.

Gooding charges dropped

Misdemeanor battery charges related to a bar dust-up in New Orleans’ French Quarter have been officially dropped against Academy Award-winning actor Cuba Gooding Jr.

City spokesman Ryan Berni said an arraignment hearing was held Friday but there was no one to press the complaint. As a result, he said, the city moved to drop the charges.

“This ends the case,” Berni said.

Gooding, 44, did not appear at the brief hearing before Judge Sean Early.

Police say the bartender told them that Gooding became upset after patrons started asking him to pose for photos with them at about 3 a.m. The bartender told investigators that Gooding pushed her after she asked him to calm down and again after she told him he should leave and that police had been called.
