Obituary: Winter, Floyd Wm. “Frosty”
Age 84
WINTER, Floyd Wm. “Frosty”
Born 9-21-1927 Died 7-19-2012
Preceded in death by his 1st wife Margaret Barr. Survived by their five children and her five children, and 2nd wife Joan Franzen Winter and her seven children. Loved, raised, and trained Morgan horses at Madonna Morgans for 40 years. Built and raced sprint cars. Enjoyed NASCAR, and retired from Kaiser Aluminum after 22 years.
Rosary at 7pm Monday, August 6 at St. Joseph’s in Otis Orchards. Memorial Mass at 11am Tuesday at St. Joseph’s. Internment at St. Thomas Cemetery in CDA at 2:30pm Tuesday.
