Snyder meets diverse needs

City Councilman Jon Snyder is the best choice to represent Spokane in the House of Representatives (Position 1 in the 3rd Legislative District). He is a small-business owner who understands and can deal with creating a balanced budget that invests in the future (with education and transportation) while meeting the needs of both business and people with the fewest resources. He has proven his ability to negotiate thorny issues while serving on the Spokane City Council, authoring and supporting forward-thinking legislation such as the Complete Streets ordinance and a resolution requesting a review of the Spokane Police Department by the Department of Justice.

Jon knows and loves the diversity of Spokane: from KYRS radio, to Odyssey Youth Center, to the outdoor activities we love, to the businesses that employ us all. We need smart, creative, level-headed legislators who can work together to craft solutions that make Washington a great place to live and work.

  • We reserve the right to reject letters that are not factually correct, racist or are written with malice.
  • We cannot accept more than one letter a month from the same writer.
  • With each letter, include your daytime phone number and street address.
