Obituary: Wheeler, Vince

Age 33

WHEELER, Vince
(Age 33)

November 22, 1978 -
July 21, 2012

“Transformed, passionate, eccentric, unique, loyal, genius, incredible, genuine, loving, amazing, fun, caring, original” … a great man gone too soon.

Vince had a passion for life and spontaneity.

He was always ready for an adventure and made each day count, whether it was swimming, fishing, travelling, or experiencing something new.

He always loved a challenge.

Vince was enthusiastic about his chosen career - working in group homes for special needs.

He had an extreme talent for culinary creations and loved to show them off.

Everything he did, he did extreme.

Vince didn’t know the meaning of mediocre.

“Goosfraba” - Vince is survived by his father Ed Wheeler; stepmother Pat Goddard; siblings: Danny and Kim Garcia, Danielle Lucas, Tracy and Aaron Baker, Todd Wheeler, and Joe Wheeler; his lifelong friend Ricky Johnson; his best friend Bruce Gifford; the love of his life Tammy Soderberg; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends; and his cherished dog Giovanni.

The family invites you to celebrate Vince’s life on Saturday, August 18, 2012, at 1pm at Valley Point Church (8th & Pines in the Spokane Valley).
