The state health department set up the clinic to test hundreds of people for hepatitis C related to an outbreak at nearby Exeter Hospital. David Kwiatkowski, who worked at the cardiac catheterization laboratory at Exeter Hospital, was charged with causing the outbreak, infecting more than 30 people. Kwiatkowski has pleaded not guilty.
