Richard Paul

Richard Paul Wieber passed away August 16, 2012 in Spokane.

He was born July 20, 1945, and was a lifetime Spokane resident.

He attended Franklin Elementary School, Gonzaga Prep and received degrees in Business Administration from EWU and Gonzaga University.

Rick was a sales representative for various companies in Spokane, Tri-Cities, and Walla Walla, WA.

He participated in adult league baseball, slo-pitch, football, bowling, and golf.

He was a member of The Knights of Columbus and Inland Empire Mustang Club.

He was an avid fan of the Zags and any televised sports.

Preceded in death by infant daughter Megan, parents Francis and Viva Wieber, and stepmother Louise Wieber.

Survived by his wife of 34 years Patty Broeckel Wieber; son Brett and daughter Jamie; and many other relatives.

Memorial services will be Thursday, August 23, 2012 at 2pm and will be conducted at the Hennessey Smith Funeral Home.

Private inurnment will take place at Spokane Memorial Gardens.
