Obituary: Robinson, Christopher Lee

ROBINSON, Christopher Lee

Christopher Lee Robinson was born October 5, 1984 and went into the arms of our Savior August 20, 2012.

Christopher was a vibrant wonderful man.

When he entered a room he had the ability to make everyone there comfortable, and his jovial conversation would always leave them smiling.

He attended Longfellow grade school and was a graduate of Rogers High School.

At the time of his passing he was studying to become a certified Nurse’s Assistant.

He was an avid, extreme winter sports enthusiast and spent many days of his winters “on the mountain”, “on the board” with a myriad of friends.

Chris loved spending vacations in Mexico with his mom and dad, Sunday dinners with his family, hugs, dogs and cats and living in the house next door.

If you were looking for Chris, you could always find him in his living room in the midst of a group of friends.

Where Chris was there were always many friends.

He held a multitude of occupations in his life.

He was employed by the Harley Douglas Corporation as a construction Carpenter.

In addition, he worked for the Alaska Fishing Company as a fisherman out of Dutch Harbor, Alaska.

He also sold extreme winter sports apparel.

Chris was preceded in death by his brother David Drew, both sets of grandparents Robert and Marge Robinson and Junior and Belina Broden.

He leaves those who loved him dearly, his mother, Cindy, dad, Robbie; sister, Erika; brother-in-law, Bryan; two brothers, David and Daniel; his nieces Cadence and Mason Bonnett, Gabriel and Malania Robinson as well as one nephew, Daniel Robinson Jr.

In addition, five aunts, Diana Hamm, Becky Anderson, Sandra Robinson, Maria Robinson and Lyn Clayton.

Also four uncles, Robert Robinson, Harry Clayton, Randy Hamm, Scott Anderson and many cousins.

Chris,
Your smile and the words, “I love you” that you always spoke,
your giant hugs, and your gentle demeanor will live on
in all of our lives forever.

A celebration of Chris’s life will be held at the Chapel at Fairmount Cemetery the 25th of August, 2012 at 1 PM.
