Passed away August 21, 2012 in Spokane, Washington.
Mr. Ballou was born the son of a coal miner on October 31, 1936 in Kentucky.
He served in the U.S. Air Force.
He is survived by his brothers; Bob and Ernie Ballou.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Ernest and Ruth Ballou.
A graveside service will be held at 9:45 a.m. on Monday, August 27, at the Eastern Washington Veterans Cemetery in Medical Lake, Wa.
