Labor Day weekend weather looking good
The early look at Labor Day weekend weather shows a likelihood of sunny skies and high temperatures in the 80s.
But the Inland Northwest will likely see a couple rounds of wet weather starting on Tuesday night before skies clear later in the week.
A high today of 85 is expected in Spokane and Coeur d’Alene.
Increasing clouds will appear on Tuesday as a low pressure area off the West Coast begins to migrate inland, bringing with it a 60 percent chance of showers on Tuesday night and Wednesday with a chance of thunderstorms.

Temperatures will cool to the middle 70s before starting to rebound to the upper 70s on Friday and 80s on Saturday and Sunday.
The National Weather Service has not issued a forecast yet for Monday.
