Born January 19, 1962 passed away August 24, 2012 at his home in Spokane, WA.

He is survived by his partner of 14 years, Matthew Vela, his mother Sandra Hull (Williams), Grandmother Dorothy Carroll both of Coeur d’Alene, ID, step mother Judy Hogan, Falls City, WA.

Brothers: Russ (Carla) Hogan of Worley, ID , Howard (Patricia) Hogan , Timothy Hogan, of Coeur d’Alene, ID., Don (Julie) Hull of Spokane, WA.

Sisters: Kelly Jo Brewer, Coeur d’Alene, ID.

Renee Hoops (Crystal) of Spokane Valley, WA, and Tonya (Randy) Sundquist, Monroe, WA.

Numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

His stepfather Loren “Butch” Hull and his biological father Robert “Bob” Hogan preceded him in death

Scottie lived in the Pacific Northwest all his life.

He worked in the retail, fast food and hospitality industry, which he loved best.

He loved interacting with his customers.

He also had a passion for fundraising for non-profit organizations.

He was a member of the Imperial Sovereign Court of Spokane.

He donated the last 16 years of his life organizing his annual fundraiser for Cancer Patient Care.

He liked that the funds were used for local patients.

In lieu of flowers his wishes are for donations to Spokane AIDS Network and Cancer Patient Care in Spokane.
