Schweitzer Fall Fest - Saturday-Monday. The 20th annual microbrew and music festival features free concerts with eight bands and more than 50 regional microbrews, wine and soda, barbecue, vendors, arts and crafts, chair lift and children’s activities. Schweitzer Mountain Resort, Schweitzer Mountain Village, Sandpoint. Beer tasting packages range from $10-45. Soda sampling is $8 for a 12 oz. mug with three samples. First Sundays at McCroskey House - Enjoy brunch/lunch at the historic Garfield McCroskey house. 10 percent of the day’s proceeds will be donated to Seedlings Child Care Center. Over the last 10 years, Alan has marshaled a lifetime of skills and experience to focus on wine grapes and vineyard terroirs, first at WSU then more recently as a private consultant. Free vegetarian solution class - Learn about the many health and other benefits of a vegetarian diet and get your questions answered.
