A Spokane man has won a $200,000 prize in the Washington Lottery. Joe Medina won the top possible prize in the Casino Nights scratch ticket game this week, the Washington Lottery announced today in a news release. “I am trying to talk my wife into going to Hawaii for two weeks,” Medina said in the release. “It will be our first time, so hopefully it won’t be too difficult to convince her.” The winning ticket was purchased at the Chevron station at 3602 E. Sprague Ave.
