Labor Day weekend is shaping up to be everything Inland Northwest residents expect. Warm and sunny weather is forecast through Monday.

The high today should reach 83 today in Spokane and Coeur d’Alene.

A low pressure area in British Columbia is going to bring a bit of a cool down to the region on Saturday and Sunday when highs fall to the middle and upper 70s.

By Monday, temperatures rebound into the 80s and are likely to go even higher by the middle of next week.

The average high for today in Spokane is 79. Thursday’s high was 77.
