In 2006, Justin graduated from East Valley High School.

He grew up loving the outdoors and horses.

He was a competitive member of the Drovers Rodeo Team and the Washington State High School Rodeo Association.

He is survived by his parents, Kevin and Laura; his sister, Whitney; and one niece, all of Newman Lake.

Justin was preceded in death by his grandparents Heber R. and Ina Kelly and Herman and Betty Herres.

The light in Justin’s eyes shined bright for his niece.

“Justy” will now be looking down upon her, sharing her memories as she continues to grow.

He will be dearly missed.
