Senior meals

For the week of Dec. 17-21.

Monday – Option 1: Marinated beef and vegetables, rice pilaf, steamed baby carrots, cinnamon apple slices. Option 2: Potato soup, steamed baby carrots, cinnamon apple slices.

Tuesday – 1: Turkey cutlet with sage and lemon, baked potato, broccoli, tossed salad, fruit. 2: Stuffed baked potato, broccoli, tossed salad, fruit.

Wednesday – 1: Orange chicken, vegetable chow mein, steamed rice, Mandarin oranges. 2: Bean soup, vegetable chow mein, Mandarin oranges.

Thursday – 1: Lentil and sausage casserole, mixed vegetables, apple cobbler. 2: Creamy dill tuna salad, mixed vegetables, apple cobbler.

Friday – 1: Barbecue pork riblet, garlic mashed potatoes, spinach, brownie. 2: Open-face hot beef sandwich, spinach, brownie.
