Dave McCullough teaches his granddaughter Chloee Lucki, 10, to make the orange rolls that are a Christmas morning tradition in his family.

It isn’t Christmas for Dave McCullough without the orange rolls he makes each year.

Carl Naccarato learned to make salt cod, or baccalà, from his grandmother and still makes it each year on Christmas Eve. He said making the traditional dish is a dying art and he tries to help customers learn to cook it themselves.
