Obituary: Rettkowski, David Conrad
Age 64
Died December 12, 2012 of pancreatic cancer in Woodsboro, TX.
He was raised and attended school in CdA, Idaho.
He had resided in the NW for 50 years before moving to the S. He married Mary (Springston) February 15, 1991.
She was truly the love of his life.
They always were holding hands.
He was a patient, kind, loving man.
He was a many faceted person with lots of interests.
He was full of laugher and fun, always willing to help others.
He was very smart and could learn almost anything quickly.
He and Mary loved to travel and moved many times to new places.
They liked the new experiences of seeing new things and meeting new people.
He is survived by his children Shawn Rettkowski (Jennifer), Roxanne De Imus (Cyr), Tonya Perez (Everardo).
Stepchildern Brad, Brian Springston, Misty Salazar (Tad) and 13 grandchildren; sister Rosemary (Clifford) Barber; numerous nieces and nephews.
He was dedicated as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses as a young man and had a strong faith in the Bible and its promises.
He is going to be greatly missed by those close to him.
A memorial will be held Saturday, December 29, 2012 at 4:00 PM at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 2824 N. Lee, Spokane, WA.
