Here’s the Dirt: Marketing group opens downtown

Marketing group opens downtown

Hemingway Marketing Group has moved into offices on the second level of the Liberty Business Center, 203 N. Washington St., in downtown Spokane. The office is in the same building as Auntie’s Bookstore.

Founder Linda Hemingway has hired three associates to help client companies with marketing, consulting business development and other services.

Hemingway has worked for several area tech firms, including LineSoft, and as business consultant for Innovate Washington Foundation.

Her company focuses on technology firms but also tackles marketing, communications and development projects for a variety of other sectors.

Bartlett Motors relocates

Spokane’s Bartlett Motors has leased about 5,300 square feet for its office and warehouse at the Spokane Business & Industrial Park, 3808 N. Sullivan Road, in Spokane Valley.

Bartlett’s is a wholesale dealer for motor vehicles, with a focus on sports cars and trucks with lift kits.

Owner Doug Bartlettt said the relocation is close to complete. The company has been around for roughly 15 years. Until the new lease, Bartlett Motors leased space from Dorsey Auto Sales in the Valley.

He primarily sells wholesale vehicles to some area dealers and customers on the West Side

Auto group expands to north

Barton Auto Group has opened a Barton Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership at 10701 N. Newport Hwy.

The new site extends Barton to three areas: downtown, Spokane Valley and north Spokane.

The location will sell new and used vehicles and provide a service center.

The Spokane-based company now has about 95 workers.

Barton’s Valley location, at 10819 E. Sprague Ave., has been renamed Barton Auto Valley. The change means it will provide service and sell only used vehicles.
