Passed away at his home in Medical Lake, Washington on Jan. 29, 2012.
Billy was born in Prineville, Oregon on October 15, 1945 and joined the Air Force at age 21.
He served in Vietnam and retired at Fairchild AFB after 24 years of service.
Billy settled in Medical Lake and was an avid bass fisherman winning many bass tournaments.
He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping in his RV and working at keeping his yard free from weeds.
Billy is survived by his wife of 34 years, Denise Silvey of Medical Lake.
He is also survived by his two sons, Ron Kszywanos of Spokane, Washington and Daniel Silvey of Phoenix, Arizona.
He is also survived by his sister Ramona Holland and two grandchildren plus several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
Billy was preceded in death by his father, Lemuel Silvey and his mother Evangeline Silvey.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 2, 2012 at the Washington State Veteran’s Cemetery in Medical Lake, WA.
