A resident of Elk, WA formerly of Vista, California passed away on Saturday, January 28, 2012.

Ernie is the dear husband of Kathleen Rose Hall and the loving father of Richard and Mark Hall.

His parents of Elk are Joseph F. and Rose Juanita Hall.

Rich has four brothers: Jason, Jordan and Jacob Hall of Elk and Joshua McKee Bradford of Vancouver, WA.

His sisters are Catrena Pederson of Deer Park, Amanda Sprouse of Seattle, and Jazmin Hall of Elk.

Ernie was like-a-father to his niece, Andree Pederson and his two nephews; Bryant and Andre Pederson and his brother-like-cousin is Rudy Moore, Jr. of Portland, OR.

Born in 1970 at Portland, OR, he and Kathleen were married in 1993 at Rock Springs, WY.

Ernie was currently a service writer in automotive service and repair.

While in Southern California, he worked with the Oceanside Police Department.

Ernie was an outdoors enthusiast loving hot rodding, being on his ATV and activities on the lake waters.

He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.

Funeral services honoring Ernie will be at 11:00 A.M.. Friday, February 3, 2011 at the Riverside Chapel, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, Chattaroy, WA with Bishop Craig Taylor conducting.

Church visitation will be from 9:30 to 10:30 A.M. prior to the funeral at the church.

interment will be at Elk Cemetery #1.
