Senior meals

For the week of Feb. 6-10

Monday – Option 1: Polynesian pork with steamed rice, carrots, dinner roll, pudding. Option 2: Chicken sandwich, tomato soup, carrots, pudding.

Tuesday – 1: Barbecue chicken, hashbrown potatoes, broccoli-cauliflower blend, cornbread, fruit. 2: Vegetable frittata, hashbrown potatoes, broccoli-cauliflower blend, cornbread, fruit.

Wednesday – 1: Pork roast with gravy, scalloped potatoes, green beans, dinner roll, applesauce. 2: Meat taco with cheese, scalloped potatoes, green beans, dinner roll, applesauce.

Thursday – 1: Chicken and wild rice casserole, vegetables, confetti coleslaw, dinner roll, cookie. 2: Tuna pasta salad, vegetables, confetti coleslaw, dinner roll, cookie.

Friday – 1: Swiss steak with tomatoes, Rosemary red potatoes, salad with dressing, breadstick, peaches. 2: Clam chowder, cheese sandwich, Rosemary red potatoes, salad with dressing, peaches.
