Born on November 14, 1949 passed away on January 27, 2012 at the age of 62.

He is preceded in death by his sister Janet Walker; mother Marvel J Hankins; father Frank L Higby; grandfather Frank C Higby; and his grandmother and grandfather Turmes.

He is survived by his siblings; Jerry Higby, Richard Higby, Larry Hankins, and Vicki Hankins, his wife Julie Higby; sons Donald W Higby, Jr. and Jason M. Higby; daughter Sharon Talbott (Higby); eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

He will be greatly missed by all.

Everyone is welcome to attend his memorial service at Family of Faith Community Church, 708 W Nora, Spokane, WA on Saturday, February 4th at 11am.
