Huskies turn back Trojans

LOS ANGELES – Jazmine Davis scored 26 points and Washington shook off a slow start to beat USC 67-61 in Pacific-12 Conference women’s basketball action on Sunday.

The Huskies (12-9, 4-7 Pac-12) had lost seven straight against the Trojans (12-10, 6-5).

But Davis scored 18 points in the first half to keep UW in it and the Huskies used a late 10-0 run to pull out the win.
