Dump Hunger still needs donations
Albertsons and Western States Equipment still need help for the Dump Hunger food drive.
The groups are working together to collect four dump trucks full of food – about 300,000 pounds – for the Second Harvest Food Bank. The donations are especially needed during the post-holiday slump in giving.
The food drive ends Friday. Givers can help by:
• Donating food at any local Albertsons store.
• Donating food or money to the Spokane Western States Cat, 4625 E. Trent Ave., or at any Wells Fargo bank branch.
• Using a Wells Fargo ATM to donate money.
• Going to the Second Harvest Inland Northwest website and donating online at www.2-harvest.org/6 /events.
