Senior meals

For the week of Feb. 13-17

Monday – Option 1: Baked ham with pineapple, creamed potatoes, broccoli, fruit. Option 2: Cheeseburger casserole, creamed potatoes, broccoli, fruit.

Tuesday – 1: Chicken Alfredo with pasta, mixed vegetables, Valentine’s cookie. 2: Barbecue turkey on a bun, mixed vegetables, Valentine’s cookie.

Wednesday – 1: Spaghetti with meat sauce, Italian green beans, salad with dressing. 2: Cottage cheese plate, Italian green beans, salad with dressing.

Thursday – 1: Spanish rice casserole, vegetable blend, applesauce. 2: Meatloaf sandwich, vegetable blend, applesauce.

Friday – 1: Roast turkey with gravy, garlic mashed potatoes, peas and carrots, vegetables. 2: Chile con carne, garlic mashed potatoes, peas and carrots, vegetables.
