He is survived by his wife, Kathy (Kelsey) Campbell; sons: Trevor Campbell, Ty Campbell and wife Brittany; granddaughters Kaelyn and Brylee Campbell; mother, Donna Campbell; sister-in-law, Barbara Campbell; mother-in-law, Dotty Valkenaar (Lew); sister-in-law, Kerry (Kelsey) Hauf (Rick); father-in-law, Duane Kelsey; nieces, nephews; great-nieces and nephews, and the best friends in the world!
