HILL, Betty Jane

Betty Jane Hill (age 76) entered into rest on February 15, 2012.

Betty was born on October 29, 1935 to parents Staley and Texie Chipps in Salem, West Virginia.

She graduated from Doddridge County High School in 1954.

Betty married Robert Dale Hill and together they made Spokane their home.

Robert and Betty spent 27 wonderful years together before his passing 1989.

Betty worked outside the home as a hostess before retiring in 2008, but the job she loved the most was being a wife, mother, and homemaker.

Betty enjoyed watching TV game shows, especially, Wheel of Fortune.

She is survived by her three sons, Clarence “Buster” Hill and Jimmy Hill, both of Spokane, son, Dennis Hill of Phoenix, AZ; her brother, Glenn Chipps of Edgewood, KY; seven grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

A Celebration of Life will be held beginning at 1:00PM Saturday, February 25, 2012 at RIPLINGER FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY 4305 N. DIVISION SPOKANE, WA .
