OUTLOOK: You want to know Big Sky playoff scenarios? Sorry, there’s no app for that, but the Eagles probably need to win one of their last three regular-season games to make the tournament. Two wins might get them a home game for the quarterfinals on March 3, but both opponents are a game ahead of EWU in the standings. ISU owns a win over Weber State but has dropped three of its last four. The Bengals are led by interim coach Deane Martin after the resignation in December of Joe O’Brien after a 2-8 start. Portland State has won three straight conference games and took an overtime win over the Eagles last month.
