Passed away unexpectedly on January 2, 2012.
Tom was born September 16, 1966 to Theresa Davis.
He attended Logan Elementary School, Shaw Junior High, and later Rogers High School.
He worked for many years at White’s Boots and later at St. Luke’s Rehab.
He is survived by his greatest love in life, his son, Brian and stepchildren Jordan and Hayden, his brother Michael Holst and his three sisters Donna Holst, Monica Kitchen and Beckie Ellsworth and several nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his grandparents Frank and Florence Davis, his father Don Holst and his beloved mother Theresa Davis.
Tom will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 25th at St. Francis of Assisi Hall located at 4420 N. Jefferson.
Doors open at 3pm, services to start at 3:30pm.
There will be a potluck dinner immediately following the service.
