Senior meals

 

For the week of Feb. 27-March 2

Monday – Option 1: Chicken cacciatore with peppers and mushrooms and pasta, green beans, whole wheat roll, fruit. Option 2: Turkey pita sandwich, French green beans, fruit.

Tuesday – 1: Cheese ravioli, spinach, breadstick, brownie. 2: Stuffed peppers, spinach, breadstick, brownie.

Wednesday – 1: Lentil and sausage casserole, mixed vegetables, rye bread, cinnamon apple slices. 2: Potato soup, ham and cheese sandwich, mixed vegetables, cinnamon apple slices.

Thursday – 1: Marinated beef and vegetables, rice pilaf, steamed baby carrots, whole grain roll, spinach salad. 2: Creamy dill tuna salad, rice pilaf, steamed baby carrots, whole grain roll, spinach salad.

Friday – 1: Turkey cutlet with sage and lemon, baked potato, broccoli and red peppers, tossed salad, whole grain roll, cookie. 2: Stuffed baked potato, broccoli and red peppers, tossed salad, whole grain roll, cookie.
