Age 76


FORCIER, Margaret

Passed away peacefully February 23rd with her family by her side.

She was born in Minneapolis, MN February 17, 1936 to Anna and Arthur Forcier.

She moved to Spokane as a young girl and went on to attend Rogers High School.

Marge married and had two daughters, Pamela and Peggy.

She spent many years working for the Davenport Hotel and then decided to further her education and graduated from Nursing School in 1974.

She was excited that her first nursing duties were at Expo 74’ World’s Fair.

Marge spent countless hours as an advocate and volunteer for the Good Sheppard Home.

After the death of her daughter Pam, she raised her grandson Jeffrey who brought her so much joy.

She was also a foster parent to many children.

She loved arts and crafts and antiques.

She also enjoyed having coffee and spending time with her good friend Lorraine.

Marge also cherished many close friendships including the Conley family, the Foreman Family and many other close friends.

Marge had a fondness for casinos but ultimately her biggest passion in life was her family.

She is survived by her daughter Peggy Snyder, Grandchildren Jeffrey Livingston (Jennifer), Tyler Snyder (Natalie), Maria Snyder and Nichole Snyder and Great Granddaughter Kennedy, Sisters Joan (Al) May, Rosalie (Severt) Olson, Brothers Tom (Cathy) Forcier, Bill (Trish) Forcier, and Sister In-law Dorothy Forcier, plus numerous nieces and nephews.

She is also survived by Michele Shollenberger who was like a daughter to her.

Proceeded in death by her daughter Pamela, mother Anna and brother Bobby.

Though you are gone from our lives, you will never be gone from our hearts.

Memorial Service Friday, March 2nd, 12 pm Sunset Mausoleum at Fairmount Memorial Park 5200 W. Wellesley, Spokane.
